Sara C. (Centauro) Pomponi Of Watertown on January 20th, 2022 passed away peacefully at home.

Beloved wife of the late Peter V. "Pomp" Pomponi. Devoted mother of Peter V. Jr. & his wife Kristin of Waltham, the late James F. "Jimma" & his surviving wife Mary of Beverly Farms, Christine DiSalvio & her husband Frank of Belmont and Paula Christofori & her husband Larry of Belmont. Loving grandmother of Leslie Locke, Kayla Pomponi & Julie Smith, Laura & Jeff Pomponi, Peter, Deana & Jenna DiSalvio, Cal, Carly & Kyra Christofori. Cherished great grandmother to Carson Locke & Mateo Pomponi. Sister of the late Andrew Centauro, Paul Centauro, Frances Boyle & John Centauro. Also survived by many nieces & nephews.
Visiting hours will be Sunday January 23, 2022 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at DeVito Funeral Home, 761 Mt. Auburn Street Watertown, MA 02472. There will be a Funeral Mass on Monday January 24, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church 770 Mt Auburn St, Watertown, MA 02472. Interment to follow at Mt. Auburn Cemetery 580 Mt Auburn St, Cambridge, MA 02138.
