Salvatore F. Albano, 96 years of age, passed away May 1, 2012 at the Mt. Auburn Hospital ,Cambridge, MA . Born in Somerville, MA to the late Nicholas and Eugenia. Predeceased by his beloved wife Jean ( DiNitto ) Albano and is survived by his son Nicholas Albano and his wife Sara of Scituate and his daughter Jane Sullivan and her husband Robert of Arlington. Dear grandfather of Denise Rubensaks, Adam Ashley and Nichlas Albano and the late David Mavilia. Great grandfather of Taylor and Jake Rubenskias and Bella Albano. Brother of Victoria Nardella of Arlington and the late Assunta Albano, Mary Lucreziano, Anna DiFusco and Louise Piccolo. Visiting Hours will be held on Thursday May 3, 2012 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the DeVito Funeral Home 1145 Mass. Ave., Arlington. Interment will be private. Please omit flowers , and if desired memorial donations to a charity of one's choice is welcomed.
