RAFUSE, Robert Vernon of North Attleborough, passed away on September 9th. Beloved husband to Eleanor (Robbio) Rafuse for 35 years. Loving father to Michael Rafuse and his wife Sharon of Mashpee and Brian Rafuse and his wife Crystal of Pawtucket, RI. Grandfather to three beautiful children, Danny, Catherine and Toby. Son of the late Vernon and Frances (Taylor) Rafuse. Brother to Phyllis Donlan, Brenda Zonfrillo and the late Maxine Weldon, Shirley Grant, Gloria Dramis, Helen Puoplo, Betty-Lou Pelliter and Sally Russell. Bob is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Bob was greatly involved in coaching youth sports in the 70's and 80's, coaching both baseball and football in Plainville. He was especially proud of his 1974 Plainville Packer football team that won the Rhode Island state title. He also took pride in his many players that continued to play in college. Relatives and friends are invited to visit in the Bigelow Chapel of Mount Auburn Cemetery 580 Mt. Auburn St. Cambridge on Tuesday September 14th from 10am to 12pm. A funeral service will begin at 12pm and interment to follow. In lieu of flowers or donations just be like Bob.
