Cooper, Richard R. of Arlington on January 5th. Loving partner of 53 years to Mary E. Noble. Brother of Arthur and the late Paul, Francis and Charles Cooper and his sisters Sidney and Dolores. Also survived by dear nieces and nephews. Richard was a retired Department of Defense Administrator who was born in Arlington. A USMC Veteran of the Korean War, graduate of Arlington High School and Bentley College, a member of American Legion Post #39 and Retired Men's Club of Arlington.
