Pacheco, Phyllis A. (Kelley) of Arlington, passed away on December 20th. Wife to the Late Francis "Buzzy" Pacheco. Loving mother of Joe Pacheco and his wife Andrea of Chelmsford and Jason Pacheco and his partner Heather McAdams of Norwood. Incredibly devoted Grandmother to Brody, Mikayla, Bailey and Alex. Loving Aunt to many nieces, nephews and their families. Proud Sister of Kathy & Tom Silva, Dennis and Barb Kelley, Billy & Lisa Kelley and of the late Joe Kelley, the late Janice & Bruce Peterson, and the late Jack Kelley.
