Mary Louise (Sala) Miceli, of Newton, (formerly of Watertown) passed away peacefully on March 26, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Frank J. Miceli Jr. Loving mother to Susan Ganjian of Milford, and Carol Meenan and her husband David of Canton. Dear grandmother to Stephen Ganjian, Jonathan Ganjian, and Sean Meenan. Sister to the late John, Guido, Joseph, Clementine and Caroline Sala; daughter to the late Cesare and Clorinda Sala. Also survived by her nephew Stephen Sala and his wife Sandra, niece Nancy Tighe and her husband Eamon and their children Luke and Ailish, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Dr. Mark Ellenbogen for his many years of compassionate care and all her doctors at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the DeVito Funeral Home 761 Mt. Auburn St., WATERTOWN on Friday March 31 from 4pm - 8pm. A Funeral Home Service will be held on Saturday April 1 at 11:00am. Interment to follow at the Mt. Auburn Cemetery, 580 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's name may be made to the American Heart Association at heart.org
