Ofria, Marjorie P., (Tobin), of Arlington October 17 at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Carmelo V., "Cal" Ofria. Mother of Richard of Waltham, Thomas and his wife Mary Ellen of Medford, Linda of Dedham, Patricia Economides and her husband John of Bourne, Edward and his wife Sheryl of Richardson, TX and the late Michael Ofria. Also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and predeceased by 2 great grandchildren. Sister of Francis “Ike” Tobin of Chatham and the late Roy Tobin and her parents Francis H. Tobin and Florence P. “McDonald” Tobin. Also, survived by many nieces and nephew. Marge was born in Medford, raised in Lexington. She married Cal in 1948 and they raised 6 children in Arlington. Her picture was featured in an article in National Geographic Dec 1941 and she volunteered at a local hospital during the war. Marge enjoyed golf and she and Cal were members of Oakley Country Club for many years. They also enjoyed hosting pool parties at their home in Arlington. She was loved and will be missed. Funeral from The DeVito Funeral Home 1145 Mass Avenue ARLINGTON Monday morning at 10:30 am followed by her funeral mass at 11:30 in St. Agnes Church. Burial to follow Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
