Kevin F. Dineen, of Cambridge, passed away peacefully on July 8th. Beloved son of the late John and Mary (Cronin) Dineen of Cambridge. Loving brother of William Dineen and his wife Joanne of Franklin and the late John Dineen and his wife Carole of Wilmington. Cherished uncle of Kimberly Dalton of Lynnfield, Kelly Dineen of Wilmington, Shauna Ward and her husband Jermaine of Franklin, Erin Trainor and her husband Rich of Lunenburg. Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral mass on Wednesday July 12th at 10am in the Sacred Heart Church of Watertown. Interment to follow at Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
