Dear brother of Nicole Chavez and her husband Alex Chavez of Amesbury, Jody Roberts and Corey Cook of Amesbury. Uncle of Devin, Kyle and Gabrielle Kulbeth and Evan Chavez, Kayden and Kaitlyn Cook all of Amesbury. Also survived by his girlfriend Stephanie Penza and her daughter Isobel of Saugus. John also leaves his dear grandparents Lester & Judith Roberts of Alton Bay, NH, lots of loving aunts and uncles. Services are private.
