John J. " Jack " McGinley of Arlington formerly of Somerville, passed away Dec. 19, 2012. Beloved husband of Karen M. (Preston) McGinley of Arlington and loving father of John E. McGinley of Arlington. Dear son of the late Edward and Margaret McGinley, and brother of the late Eddie McGinley. Jack will be lovingly remembered by his Aunt and Uncle Catherine and Bill Flynn of Arlington, his brother in law Les Vail of Arlington, his sister in law Pamela Preston of Maine, his good friend Debbie Koplow of Cambridge , his dear niece Veronica Bates and many other dear nieces and nephews. Jack was a long time bartender at "La Hacienda" in Somerville and leaves his many great friends and associates from there.
Funeral services are private and a Remembrance Celebration of Jack's life will be announced.
