Landers, John G. "Jack" age 89, of Arlington died March 26. Devoted husband of the late Anna "Nan" Landers. Loving father of his son John G. Landers Jr. and his wife Anne Fitzgerald of Boston and his daughters Marie E. Landers, Janet M. Kurtz and her husband Ronald of Arlington, Elizabeth A. Landers of Littleton and Jean C. Landers of Maynard. Proud grandfather of Luke and Daisy Landers, Anna and Katherine Kurtz and Mary Sauer. Brother of Leo A. Landers of Amelia Island, Florida. Predeceased by his brothers Robert, Edmund and David. Funeral from The DeVito Funeral Home 1145 Mass Avenue ARLINGTON Thursday at 10:00 am followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 am in St. Eulalia Church 50 Ridge St., Winchester. Interment to follow at Mt. Born in Cambridge, graduated from Boston College High School Class of 1943, attended Boston College and Holy Cross (Navy V-12 program). Appointed to the U.S. Naval Academy and graduated in 1949. After five years of sea service he taught at Tufts and MIT for the Naval ROTC program. After his Naval service Jack attended Harvard Business School graduating in 1959.
