DALY, Janet Louise (Cadigan) passed away peacefully on February 12, 2021. Janet was the beloved wife of the late Joe Daly with whom they shared 62 years of marriage. They were lovingly known as the “dalydouble”.
Janet was raised in Quincy and was the daughter of the late Harriet and John Raymond Cadigan. Janet was the loving mother of Anne Curry and her partner Michael Surette of Dennisport, Brenda Shea and
her husband Michael of Woburn, Linda LaSpada of Rockport and Joe Daly and his wife Michelle of
Woburn. Cherished Nana of Glen Curry and his partner Ed Dombroski, Matty Shea, Ashley Sosenko and her
husband Steve, Casey Shea and his fiancé Molly McDonough, Logan LaSpada and Joe and Bryan Daly.
Janet was a devoted Mother, friend and neighbor. Her family was the center of her life. She was an “all
Boston” sports fan, in particular, her beloved Celtics. Relatives and friends are invited to visit in The DeVito Funeral Home, 1145 Mass Avenue Arlington on Tuesday morning at 9:00 with a funeral mass to commence at 11:30 in St. Agnes Church.
