In Our Care

Inez Toscano Delia of Arlington, MA passed away peacefully on April 4, 2016, after a long illness. Inez was born in Cambridge, MA on January 12, 1926 to Francesco and Gemma Toscano, Italian immigrants. In as much as her death was expected, it is so sad just the same especially when you reflect upon her life. There are two kinds of people in this world ..... The "takers" who do everything possible to accomplish financial and social success and recognition for themselves and the "givers" who spend their entire life helping others first and wanting nothing in return. Inez was a "giver". She would do anything to help family and friends and often not getting a thank you in return. But to Inez, it did not matter. Her favorite expression of love towards others was through her marvelous Italian cooking and baking. Those days will be missed but we who loved her so much have a lot of fond memories. She led a truly Christian life and now moves on to her well deserved rewards. May God bless Inez and those that she has left behind.

Inez was predeceased by her husband Tony; her brothers Edmund, Philip, Leo, and Geno. She is survived by her loving brother Robert Toscano of Providence, RI; sisters Gloria Savard of New Hampshire, and Mary Re (Aldo) of Arlington, MA; children Angela Check (Richard) of Stone Mountain, GA, Ronald Delia (Caroline) of Needham, MA, Denise Movsessian (Richard) of Arlington, MA, and Anthony Delia of Buzzards Bay, MA; grandchildren Melissa Allport (Jesse) of Cumming, GA, Amanda Check of Atlanta, GA, Cassie Check of Atlanta, GA, Michael Delia (Kelly) of Bedford, MA, Nicole Delia of Woburn, MA, Lorraine Delia of Needham, MA, Emily Movsessian of Arlington, MA, and Karina Movsessian of Arlington, MA; and 9 great-grand children.
