Francis A. "Franny" Mathews of Arlington formerly of South Boston, passed away peacefully March 14. Beloved son of the late Bernard J. and Helen J., (Lakus) Mathews. Brother of the late Helen and Joseph Mathews. Visiting in The DeVito Funeral Home 1145 Mass Avenue ARLINGTON Saturday morning at 8:30 with a funeral mass to commence at 10:00 in St. Camillus Church. Interment to follow New Calvary Cemetery, Boston. Late WWII Navy Veteran, Longtime parishioner of St. Camillus Church . Franny had a passion for singing, dancing and rescuing Senior German Shepherd dogs.
