Wheeler, Elaine Claire of Arlington passed away at the age of 87. Wife of the late Leonard Socia. Loving mother of the late David Socia, who predeceased her in 1990. Survived by loving cousins Richard Mayor of Swampscott, MA and family, Brother Thomas Mayor FMS of Miami, FL, William Everett and family of Maine. Also survived by many loving friends and Neighbors from her longtime residence at Drake Village in Arlington. Elaine was born in Methuen, graduated from Searles High School in 1942, and held secretarial positions as many Boston firms. Family and friends are invited to visit at the DeVito Funeral Home 1145 Mass. Ave., ARLINGTON Wednesday from 1-2 pm and to a funeral home service to commence at 2 pm. Burial will be private.
