Costabile Jr. and his wife Donna of Belmont, Stephen Costabile and Debra Hall of Medford, Michael Costabile and his wife Kierston of Upton, Robert Costabile of Huntington, NY. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late George and Alice Doherty. Sister of Jean Dolan and the late Paul Dolan of Belmont and the late Alice and Bernard Flynn of Cambridge and the late Bernice and Edward O'Brien of Lexington. Funeral services are private.
