DeVincentis, Anthony "Tony", 84 formerly of Watertown, passed away in Billerica January 13, surrounded by his family. Born June 13,1933 in Roccacaramanico, Italy to Frank and Emma DeVincentis. In 1957 he married his loving wife of 47 years, Louise Gosse of Cambridge. Tony was employed by Western Electric until his retirement and continued to work for Watertown and Belmont as a School Bus Driver and Crossing Guard. Due to illness, Tony moved to Billerica where he resided at Rose Hill Manor for the last few years. Tony enjoyed sports, playing cards and spending time with his family. Husband of the late Louise (Gosse) DeVincentis. Devoted father of Debbie Holmes and her husband David of Billerica, JoAnn Del Vecchio and her husband Paul of Cambridge and Linda Munger and her husband Joe of Billerica. Grandfather of Scott, Kathryn, Steven, Michael, Joey, Sarah, Alex, Angela, Bryan and Nick. Great-grandfather of Makayla, Casey, Michael and Axel. Son of the late Frank and Emma DeVincentis. Brother of Fee DeVincentis and Connie Ciano both of Waltham, Cathy Runnels of Washington State, Gina Bowen of Pembroke, Phil and George both of Watertown and the late Jack DeVincentis. Brother in law of the late Gail and Betsy DeVincentis.
Funeral from the DeVito Funeral Home 761 Mt. Auburn St., WATERTOWN Wednesday morning at 8:00 followed by a funeral mass at 9:00 in St. Patrick Church, Watertown. Interment to follow Ridgelawn Cemetery. Visiting at the funeral home on Tuesday 3:00 to 7:00pm.
