Carabello, Angela Rose (D’Angelo) of Watertown, MA, passed away on December 19, 2021 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Joseph P. Carabello. Loving mother of Joseph and his wife Christine of Arlington and Paul and his wife Catherine of Dublin, NH. Adored grandmother of Rob, Joanna, Jon and Maria. Great grandmother of James “J.J.”, Conor, Ava and Emma. Sister of Elizabeth Neckyfarow and the late Charles D’Angelo. She lived her whole life in Watertown, born November 8, 1921 and graduated from Watertown High, class of 1940. Rose was an active member of the Watertown Sons of Italy - Ladies lodge – Cornelis dei Gracchi, and served as a past President. The joy of her senior years was attending the Watertown Senior Center where she attended and organized bus trips, line danced, played cards and Rummikub.
Funeral from the DeVito Funeral Home 761 Mt. Auburn St., WATERTOWN on Thursday at 9 am followed by a funeral mass at 10 am in Sacred Heart Church. Entombment to follow in Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to visit in the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-7 pm.
