MARRONE, Albert G., 85, of Woburn, formerly of Arlington peacefully passed away surrounded by family, November 7th. Beloved husband of 58 years to the late Marion T. (Geary). Loving father of his late son Albie D. Marrone of Arlington, survived by his daughter Michelle Ann and her husband Justin Murgo of Woburn. Proud grandfather "Grampy Al" of Christopher A. and Arianna T. Murgo. Son of the late Egidio and Caterina (Ladato) Marrone. Brother to the late Catherine, Michael, Gasper, Rudolph and survived by Joseph and Cina. Loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Al was the former owner & baker of Ye Olde Bake Shoppe in Arlington. He adored being with his grandchildren, attending their sporting events and spending time with family and friends. Al’s gentle and nurturing presence always put people at ease and was loved by all. Relatives and friends are invited to visit in the DeVito Funeral Home, 1145 Mass. Ave., ARLINGTON on Friday from 9:30 – 11:00 am and to his funeral Mass on Friday at 11:30 am in St. Agnes Church.
