Condolences

  • Thank you for sharing this lovely mass with us. Helen was a cousin I looked up to as a child and felt so honored when she asked me to be in her wedding. When Don and I visited Boston when our sons were preschoolers, we stopped in to see Helen and family. The twins were still in casts, but Helen insisted we leave the boys with her as we walked the Freedom Trail. The older four children must have played with them and kept them happy. For many years we were not in touch, but just a few years ago, Cathy brought Helen to Logan Airport to have lunch with us. That is a memory we both treasure, being reunited with Helen and acquainted with Cathy. Marilee and Leigh, we appreciate your being in touch with us over the yers.Helen was always so gracious, full of faith and love. Our love and sympathy to your family. Holding you in our hearts and prayers, Marty & Don

  • Marilee sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. It was so great you were able to be by her side. Condolences to you, Leigh and family. Thinking of you all today as you celebrate your mom's life. Lots of hugs

  • My memory of Helen is from Marilee and Leigh's wedding. Sitting beside her as the party unfolded in the little community hall, I remember thinking, this has got to be overwhelming! Here she was supporting her daughter's marriage to a guy with a very large number of family members and friends. And in a different country! There was such a sense of strength and peace about her, though - very few words were exchanged because they were not needed. Everything was going to be fine! Thinking of you all, dear Brightman, Phillips, and Sherry families. Love, Marion Clorey

  • Thanks to Helen for her gift of faith, love, knowledge of nature and gift of her children, especially Marilee, all of which she has shared with me. Condolences to you Marilee, Leigh, Graig, Andrea, Copper and Addie, Rebecca and Adam, Claire and Chris and Mark. Also Cathy, Brian and rest of family. May the memories of love shared with Helen help to over come your grief. Sending love 💕 hugs 🤗 and prayers 🙏 Susan and Jim
